Ashley MacDonald graduated from Oulton College with her Legal Assistant/Paralegal Diploma in 2021. She joined the team at Tandem Family Law as a Legal Assistant in May 2022 and transitioned into the Paralegal role in September 2025. It has been a rewarding journey of continued growth and a deepening love for the field of law.

Outside of work, Ashley MacDonald loves to travel, hike, and spend time with her family and friends.
