Cloé Savoie

Student-at-Law

Originally from Campbellton, I am a proud two-time graduate of the Université de Moncton, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Sociology (2022) and, most recently, my Juris Doctor from the Faculty of Law (2025). During my studies, I remained deeply engaged in my community by volunteering with the Trans ID Clinic through the Pro Bono program, serving on the board of my local Société Culturelle, and representing New Brunswick as a delegate for two National Summits on Mental Health.

Before beginning my academic journey, I worked full-time at a women’s shelter in my hometown. I later gained valuable experience through several summer positions, including with the provincial suicide prevention helpline and at a family law firm. These roles strengthened my commitment to supporting individuals during difficult life transitions.

I’ve always been drawn to family law for its human connection and its meaningful impact. At Tandem, I am excited to provide empathetic, compassionate, and practical support to clients navigating major life changes; from separation and marriage to growing their families. I have a particular interest in adoption/surrogacy, alternative dispute resolution, and assisting with cohabitation agreements or officiating weddings.

Outside the office, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, camping, exploring provincial and national parks, visiting museums, reading, and relaxing by the beach or along the Restigouche River.
