Katherine Loughery

Katherine began her journey in real estate law in 1981, and has worked for over 40 years as a legal assistant in the Greater Moncton area. She still loved the adventure each work day brings and the people she meets.

Since joining Tandem Family Law in January 2026, Katherine has been an essential part of our legal team in establishing a real estate department with our practice.

Katherine enjoys mentoring other staff members and assisting senior and junior lawyers with various real estate transactions. She enjoys meeting new people and guiding clients through property transactions, including sales, purchase, refinances and other property related to from matters relating to family law and estates.

When not working, Katherine stays busy with her husband, her three children, her grandchildren and their sports and activities. She also enjoys quilting.
