Paralegal

I have always had a strong interest in law which is why I commenced attending a Paralegal/Legal Assistant program immediately following high school. I obtained my Paralegal/Legal Assistant Diploma from Atlantic Business College in 2006 and quickly began my career as a Legal Assistant with a large firm in western Canada focused primarily in the fields of insurance defense and civil litigation.

I returned to the east coast where I commenced working as a paralegal in personal injury law and shortly thereafter transitioned into family law, which has been my interest and focus since early 2011.

I have been a part of the TANDEM team since its opening in 2016, often taking on different roles within the company.

With two decades of experience in the legal field as well as my own personal experience, I am passionate about helping families navigate the emotional and often overwhelming process relating to separation and custody issues.

Outside of work I love spending time with my family.
